Meet the Team
Dr. Helga Idrizi
D.M.D and Owner
Dr. Idrizi graduated with high honors from Boston University Dental School and has been practicing in all aspects of dentistry in the Metro Boston area for over 10 years. Dr. Idrizi has recently made Plymouth her home and is excited to join the family.
In addition to general dentistry, Dr. Idrizi provides facial aesthetic services, including Invisalign® and Botox®.
She is an active member of:

- Massachusetts Dental Association (MDS)
- American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA)
Andrea
Administration Manager
Andrea has been in the dental field for over 12 years. After completing the dental assisting program at Diman Regional, she got her bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Bridgewater State University.
Andrea's top priority is making patients feel comfortable and helping in any way possible.
Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends and going to concerts and sporting events when she is not at work.
Lorraine
Clinical Manager
Lorraine has been in the dental field for over 20 years. After graduating from the Diman Vocational Dental Assisting Program, she ventured into different areas of the dental field, eventually settling in the general dentistry category so she could use all of her skills in one setting.
Lorraine's biggest passion that she found with Dr. Idrizi is Invisalign. She loves taking the smile transformation journey with patients and seeing the results with them aesthetically and emotionally.
When Lorraine isn't in the office, she loves spending time with her family (especially at the beach), country music concerts, and spontaneous adventures.
Liz
Dental Hygienist
Liz was born and raised in Plymouth. She graduated from Cape Cod Community College in 2017 with her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. In 2022, she obtained her bachelor's degree in Health Information Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
Liz is passionate about helping her patients understand and improve their oral health.
In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and friends, watching basketball, and hanging out with her black lab, Sophie.
Jessica
Dental Hygienist
Jessica began her dental career as a dental assistant in 2005. After devoting eight years to the field, her commitment to dentistry grew. She returned to school and graduated from a community college in Rhode Island in 2013 with a degree in Dental Hygiene.
Jessica's priority is to provide the best oral health care and education to patients so they can have healthy smiles. Her dedication to her work is mirrored in her professionalism and fun personality in delivering care.
Jessica is fluent in both English and Portuguese. Her hobbies include gardening, bike riding, yoga, cooking and traveling. Besides work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Heather
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Heather has been in the dental field and has worked as a dental assistant since 2009. She also has dental experience in oral surgery and general dentistry.
Heather loves to work with patients and help in any way possible to make their experience better and more comfortable while in the office. In addition, she is very eager to learn new dental technologies.
Heather loves spending time with her daughter, Star, and her cute doggy when she is not at work. She also spends her free time enjoying the beautiful Plymouth waterfront.
Hollie
Certified Dental Assistant
Hollie has been a dental assistant for over 20 years. She graduated from the dental assisting program at the Diman Reginal school, where her love for dentistry started. Hollie also enlisted in the USAF for eight years. While serving her country, she volunteered her time in the military dental clinic.
Hollie also has advanced orthodontic knowledge as she worked for an orthodontic office which specialized in traditional braces, Invisalign and orthodontic appliances for people born with cleft lips.
Hollie enjoys working in general dentistry as it combines all dental procedures. She is always very eager to learn and continues to take courses in the dental field. Hollie is a loving, caring, kind person who will do her best to help make anyone feel comfortable and confident with their dental and oral health needs. She enjoys vacationing with family and friends, concerts, sporting events and volunteering with her son's baseball team.
