Meet the Team
Dr. Helga Idrizi
D.M.D and Owner
Dr. Idrizi graduated with high honors from Boston University Dental School and has been practicing in all aspects of dentistry in the Metro Boston area for over 10 years. Dr. Idrizi has recently made Plymouth her home and is excited to join the family.
In addition to general dentistry, Dr. Idrizi provides facial aesthetic services, including Invisalign® and Botox®.
She is an active member of:

- Massachusetts Dental Association (MDS)
- American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA)
Melissa
Patient Coordinator
Melissa
Melissa is a lifelong resident of the town of Plymouth. She worked for 17 years in the field of Health and Human services as a Director with adults with IDD. In 2022 she changed to the field of dentistry and is a graduate of East Coast Dental Tech where she completed the Dental Assisting Program to obtain her state license. Her extensive experience in administration has made her a great asset to our team. Melissa is a proud mother of 3 and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Lorraine
Office Manager
Lorraine has been in the dental field for over 20 years. After graduating from the Diman Vocational Dental Assisting Program, she ventured into different areas of the dental field, eventually settling in the general dentistry category so she could use all of her skills in one setting.
Lorraine's biggest passion that she found with Dr. Idrizi is Invisalign. She loves taking the smile transformation journey with patients and seeing the results with them aesthetically and emotionally.
When Lorraine isn't in the office, she loves spending time with her family (especially at the beach), country music concerts, and spontaneous adventures.
Liz
Dental Hygienist
Liz was born and raised in Plymouth. She graduated from Cape Cod Community College in 2017 with her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. In 2022, she obtained her bachelor's degree in Health Information Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
Liz is passionate about helping her patients understand and improve their oral health.
In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family and friends, watching basketball, and hanging out with her black lab, Sophie.
Joanna
Dental Assistant
Joanna has been in the Dental field since 2021.
She is a graduate of the Dental Assisting Program at Southeastern Technical Institute.
Joanna is a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant and is in her element chairside with the dr and our patients. She loves learning and growing in the dental field with continuing education and training courses.
Joanna really loves getting to know all of our patients and loves working with our Plymouth Bay Smiles Family with our Custom All-Inclusive Invisalign Treatment.
When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Dyani
Scheduling Coordinator
Dyani graduated from Greater New Bedford Vocational Technical High School in 2019 in the Carpentry field. After high school, she worked as a medical secretary in hospitals and doctor's offices before switching to the dental field. In 2021, Dyani had a traumatic personal experience involving her two front teeth that changed her smile forever. She found her love for dental because of this & wanted to help people feel confident & comfortable with their smiles. Dyani believes that everyone deserves to have a positive experience when going to the dentist & that starts with the front desk!
Dyani enjoys spending time with her family, friends, & son in her free time. She loves to attend church & listen to worship music. She loves spending time in nature , especially the beach. She also loves celebrating holidays & festive activities with her loved ones to make memories.
Hollie
Certified Dental Assistant
Hollie has been a dental assistant for over 20 years. She graduated from the dental assisting program at the Diman Reginal school, where her love for dentistry started. Hollie also enlisted in the USAF for eight years. While serving her country, she volunteered her time in the military dental clinic.
Hollie also has advanced orthodontic knowledge as she worked for an orthodontic office which specialized in traditional braces, Invisalign and orthodontic appliances for people born with cleft lips.
Hollie enjoys working in general dentistry as it combines all dental procedures. She is always very eager to learn and continues to take courses in the dental field. Hollie is a loving, caring, kind person who will do her best to help make anyone feel comfortable and confident with their dental and oral health needs. She enjoys vacationing with family and friends, concerts, sporting events and volunteering with her son's baseball team.
